This module allows selling prospectus forms, the front office executive/receptionists to manage visitors, track visitor records, share information and provide assistance to visitors, parents and students. Monitors and records all the incoming and outgoing calls with caller details and number and can keep records of all couriers also appointment management and meeting scheduling. This will keep details of all activities through the front office of the institution.
This helps to view the staff details sorted and filtered to the departments/sections and also generate reports on staff’s attendance, month-wise attendance, and staff relieving. This staff relieving report can be viewed department wise. Also, the option to generate the report on staff payroll management filtered by the department. There is an option to print the staff attendance on a monthly basis in the manual attendance register format for filing & documentation.
Clerical & accounts staff can add the class details, class fee details and the teachers can add the subject details such as subject wise marks for internal and external. Reports for teachers and the clerical staff related to the fee payments and also the student mark reports can be generated.
Daybook module to maintain day to day transactions in educational institutions such as fees collections, salary payment, expenses payments, etc. It has two options to manage expense details and view the finance report. In manage expense option user can add expense category and daily expense details and it viewed by filter the date. Finance report details can be viewed by filtering the date range.
Canteen management software module includes options to make sales entry in the canteen module. Canteen management software as the name specifies Mess/ Canteen Management is a module developed for taking care of the sales and purchase in the canteen for the daybook generation. Inventory management is not presently available in this module.
Manage the transportation needs of students; employees efficiently by scheduling and streamlining bus routing of school. Allocate bus stops, allocate routes and allot vehicles.The venicle fee collection and printing of buss pass with validity dates as per the fee collected can be done through this module. The entered details can be edited and deleted. It includes the option to view take prints of the total no of passengers in each bus along with their alighting locations for students and employees.
Generate fee receipt according to the student codes and also view and print the receipt of the student according to the course. There are options to give fee discounts to the students by the Admin and also print MIS reports for different options of viewing and payments and non payments by multiple no of dynamic filters.
SMS module includes many features for SMS like SMS for parents of absentees, SMS to staff, Students, general either on a manual or automated mode. The SMS alert feature works as a plus for today’s Colleges/Universities. It keeps a track of fee status of students and sends scheduled messages to students as a remainder (Manually). It also enables the sending of custom SMS in bulk. There will be additional payments on a recurring basis for the SMS as per the usage.
This Module is used for user management including grouping,addition and access control of users.
In our School Management System, the staff & teachers can Manage student data throughout the admission process such as application form, admission form. Teachers can filter the students by using the filter by admission number option and also analyses the students through course wise rank list option. The student’s promotion list can be viewed by selecting two or three academic details. The student’s TC can be managed by using the Manage TC generation option. In Manage TC Generation have two options Generate TC and Print TC. Generate TC option can enter the TC generation details and print the form using the Print TC option.
Hostel module includes many features like fee collection, room allotment, bed allotment in the room, room management as categorization of rooms, daily attendance list of hostel and hostel reports. It also has the option to view the bed status according to the room. Multiple options and filterations are available for generating reports.
Teachers can evaluate student’s progress and achievement through tests and assessments and assign grades. Teachers can view and edit grades to courses and add comments about the students’ performance and add the status of the students. Students and teachers can check the report by submitting the student code, semester, course and year of study. The report can be separated into three parts, Internal Report, Class wise consolidated report, and Subject wise report. So the viewers can easy to analyze the data. The Internal report can be viewed by individuals as well as the overall reports.
